#occupy the world

Begin the month September, the people of New York witnessed a protest at Wallstreet, which was plunged in to the name #occupyWallstreet.
Now, what had to be a peacefull protest, clearly turned out to be a clash between the protestors and NYPD..
The police officers went hard on these people. Luckly for us, Youtube excists.

One particular vid drawed my attention though: a police officer sprayed pepperspray in the faces of 3 women who were cornerd ( and couldn't do anything, anyway), sudden walks away and leaving the 3 women dazzled on the floor..

Now, here in Amsterdam we do things differently #occupyAmsterdam
The Stocksquare ( beursplein) has been occupied by protestors to and i'm glad that this protest is going peacefully.
A lot of people gattered around the square and have been putting up tents.
There are activities planned for everyday and open assemblies for everyone.

Note:
#occupy is not a part of a organisation.
Everyone participates with other beliefs. What makes this protest strong is that the people are not just individuals anymore. They form a pact, a unity, an generation with positive beliefs..
So therefore i will participate as well, because my voice is needed

So for those who are standing in the rain right now, making music and shouting out at the police? A big shoutout to you...
